Changes the character value of the field identified by name to the supplied value.

InvalidOperationException	If this LayoutMessage has no Layout, or if the required field is not defined in the Layout of this LayoutMessage.

Remarks

If value is null then the field's data is set to NULL (see IsNull for more details).
