Sends a subrequest message to a destination and then blocks forever waiting until timeout.

The destination of the subrequest message.

The data to include in the subrequest message (can be null).

The maximum time to wait for a reply (in milliseconds).

Type: Message
The reply message returned from destination.

Exceptions

Exception	Condition
ArgumentNullException	destination is null or empty.
ArgumentOutOfRangeException	timeout is negative.
TimeoutException	If timeout expired while waiting for reply message.
