Constructs a new LogFormatter instance with wrap option.

Parameters:

delimit - if true the message is written between "[" and "]".

changeDefaultFormatters

Use method Logging.changeDefaultFormatters().

Changes the formatter of all ConsoleHandler and FileHandler handlers to a LogFormatter. A ConsoleHandler will be changed only if it's current formatter is a SimpleFormatter. A FileHandler will be changed only if it's current formatter is an XMLFormatter.

Throws:

SecurityException - if the formatter of a handler could not be changed.
